As Vice-Chancellor, you will provide visionary leadership to drive academic and research excellence, ensuring the university remains at the forefront of higher education, delivers impactful research and capitalises on opportunities for growth and innovation to deliver positive commercial outcomes. You will champion innovation across education, research, and the student experience by fostering an environment where creativity and excellence thrive. By cultivating a diverse, inclusive, and globally connected university community, you will support students and staff in reaching their full potential. Strengthening strategic partnerships with industry, government, and international networks will be essential to expanding the university’s influence and impact. Additionally, overseeing academic governance and ensuring financial sustainability will be key to securing long-term success and stability.

We are seeking an exceptional leader with a distinguished record in higher education. A deep commitment to accessible education, student experience, student success, academic excellence, and pioneering research is essential, alongside strong strategic and operational expertise to guide complex institutions toward success and ensure a positive balance between academic outcomes and commercial prosperity. Exceptional relationship-building skills are required, as you will advocate for the university on both national and global stages.
